| I. | All basketball goals must be stored away after each use. |
| II. | Trash cans must be picked up by 8:30 AM the next day. |
| IV. | Heavy trash pick-up is on every Friday. |
| V. | All grills must be stored away after each use. |
| VI. | Picnic items and equipment must be stored after use. |
| VII. | Vehicles parked on grass WILL be fined. |
| VIII. | Lawn must be well kept at all times. |
| IX. | No advertising signs or flyers on posts, mailboxes, or along Streets. |
Mission:
Our mission is to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community through effective and efficient management of the association. We aim to enforce Association rules, By-Laws, and the Declaration of Covenants to preserve property values while supporting initiatives and capital improvements for the greater good of the community.
